INTEGRATED SUBMERGED CAISSON BODY, METHOD FOR INSTALLING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING AND JOINING SUBMERGED CAISSON BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated submerged caisson body, a method for installing the same, and a method for installing and joining the submerged caisson body.;SOLUTION: An integrated submerged caisson body 1 includes a standard submerged caisson body 1, and water cut-off joints 2 that are sealed and annularly extended and contracted are installed on both ends of the standard submerged caisson body 1. The finally joined submerged caisson body is still a standard embedded joint, and accordingly the same base as that of a general joint is used, a rigidity difference does not exist, a risk of non-uniformly settling the joint during an operation period of a submarine tunnel is effectively reduced, and the same installation facility can be used for installation of the finally joined submerged caisson body and installation of the other embedded joint. An installation of one special final joint to a conventional method is reduced without arranging extra facility such as a floating crane, a flow of construction is simplified, and a construction risk can be reduced.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
