To provide an advancement charging device, an advancement charging method and an advancement charging program which can send to charge from slips which an accountant inputs as journalizing, without being based on expense settlement from an on-site responsible person, about expense chargeable to a client separately such as travel expense.SOLUTION: An advancement charging device acquires sales data; acquires sales collection schedule data, based on the sales data; acquires journalizing data on expense; determines whether or not the journalizing data are advancement charging journalizing, based on an advancement charging journalizing pattern master; displays a collection schedule registration screen which makes a user register the charging destination of the expense, when determining that the journalizing data are the advancement charging journalizing; acquires journalizing collecting schedule data, based on the journalizing data, when a charging destination identifier is registered on the collection schedule registration screen; and displays a list of the collection schedule data corresponding to a collection schedule display indication in a selectable manner, when the collection schedule display indication is inputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
