PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of Mg-Si alloy fine particles having uniform composition by a solid-solid phase reaction.;SOLUTION: A method is provided to produce fine Mg2Si particles having the average particle size D50 of 100 μm or less by accommodating, into a crucible, powder homogeneously mixed with Si powder to which O is adhered on part of the particle surface and Mg powder having the average particle size D50 of 100 μm at a stoichiometric ratio of Mg2Si, and then by keeping it for 2-5 hours at 550-650°C after performing vacuum evacuation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
