To provide an ink set for moisture adjusting substrate capable of conducting decoration without deteriorating a moisture adjusting function of a moisture adjusting substrate, and providing a decorated moisture adjusting substrate, in which liquid stain adhering to the decorated moisture adjusting substrate can be easily removed.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink set for moisture adjusting substrate containing a water-based inkjet ink containing a coloring material and water, and a pretreatment liquid containing a coloring material fixation component for fixing the coloring material in the water-based inkjet ink and water, in which the coloring fixation component of the pretreatment liquid is at least one selected from a group consisting of a cationic water dispersible resin, an inorganic particle, and a polyvalent metal salt, and at least one of the water-based inkjet ink and the pretreatment liquid contains at least one selected from a group consisting of an alkyl alkoxy silane-type water repellent and a polyorganosiloxane-type water repellent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
