To provide a ground surface displacement observation apparatus and a tunnel path displacement observation program of the tunnel path which can easily confirm a state of the displacement of the ground surface prior to a tunnel construction and the state of the displacement of the tunnel path in the tunnel path due to a progress of the tunnel construction.SOLUTION: An interested-area dividing unit 12 generates a divided region by dividing the interested-area including a route on a ground surface corresponding to the tunnel path set by an interested-area setting unit 10, a displacement information generating unit 16 generates displacement information including the displacement of the ground surface from a time series image data obtained by a radar device such as SAR, and a displacement information collection unit 18 collects the displacement information for each of the dividing region. A representative value calculation unit 20 calculates the representative value of the displacement in each dividing region based on the displacement information collected for each dividing region. A display control unit 24 displays a longitudinal view representing a displacement amount of the ground surface corresponding to the tunnel path to an appropriate display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
