METHOD FOR INJECTION OF SETTING MATERIAL APPLIED TO POST-INJECTION TYPE ROCK BOLT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injection of a setting material applied to a post-injection type rock bolt by which a leakage of setting materials is prevented easily by means of a simple pressing-on system of an exclusive temporary plate.;SOLUTION: A method for injection of setting materials applied to a post-injection type rock bolt according to the present invention for inserting a rock bolt into a rock bolt insertion hole, and then injecting and setting the setting materials, has the steps of: attaching a temporary plate to a head section of the rock bolt put side by side with an injection pipe and an exhaust pipe so that the injection pipe, the exhaust pipe, and the head section of the rock bolt can pass through the temporary plate; inserting the rock bolt into the rock bolt insertion hole until the temporary plate abuts against a sprayed concrete surface; fixing angle members that press the temporary plate through spacer materials or directly, to the sprayed concrete; and also injecting the setting materials from the injection pipe until the setting materials flow out from the exhaust pipe.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
