To provide a zoom lens having off-axis aberration adjustment mechanism, capable of adjusting field curvature aberration and coma aberration, and an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes: a relay lens group which is fixed to the most image side at the time of zooming; and an aberration adjustment group capable of moving in the direction of the optical axis in the relay lens group. Defining that the distance on the optical axis between the vertex of the aberration adjustment group at the wide-angle end in an infinity focusing state on the most object side and the diaphragm is Lsa, the distance between the diaphragm and the imaging plane is Lsi, and the maximum movement width of the aberration adjustment group is Ma, the conditions of 0.01Lsa/Lsi0.4, 0.01Ma/Lsi0.3 are satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
