To provide an entry/exit reservation system capable of efficiently performing warehousing to a distribution center or shipping from the distribution center.SOLUTION: An entry/exit reservation system comprises: a vehicle information reception part for receiving attributes of a vehicle to be used for the delivery of a cargo and an entry scheduled time when the vehicle enters a distribution center for warehousing and shipping the cargo as vehicle information; an entry reservation part for securing a berth with which the vehicle comes into contact and a work time in the berth as entry reservation on the basis of the attributes of the vehicle and the entry scheduled time received by the vehicle information reception part; a berth state reception part for receiving a state of the berth for performing unloading or loading of the cargo in the distribution center; and a berth presentation part for presenting the berth with which the vehicle comes into contact to a driver on the basis of the information received by the berth state reception part and the entry reservation secured by the entry reservation part. The berth state reception part receives a connection state of the vehicle to each berth and presence/absence of the vehicle waiting for opening of the berth as a berth state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
