PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit that can measure an input voltage of a voltage controlled oscillator only for a particular frequency and update the entire table such that the input voltage monotonically increases with respect to the frequency of an output signal when an input voltage table that stores a relationship between the input voltage and the frequency of the output signal is updated, a signal generator and a signal analyzer using the same, and a table update method.;SOLUTION: An oscillator circuit includes: an ADC 18 that measures a VCO tuning voltage Vm (fx); an update value range calculation unit 30 that calculates an update value range of an update value Vm (f) of the VCO tuning voltage that monotonically increases with respect to a VCO oscillation frequency f; an input voltage update value determination unit 32 that determines the update value Vm (f) to a value within the update value range; and an input voltage data updating unit 33 that updates data stored in a VCO tuning voltage table 20a with the VCO tuning voltage Vm (fx) and the update value Vm (f).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
