To provide a construction method of a foundation structure of a building capable of easily performing a rolling work of a foundation ground on which a recess is provided, and a jig for construction of a foundation structure.SOLUTION: A construction method of a foundation structure of a building is a method for forming a foundation ground in which a recess is provided in an inner region 14 surrounded by a rising portion 12 of a foundation 10 of a building. The construction method of the foundation structure of the building includes: a temporary ground forming step of forming a temporary ground 120 in the inner region 14 where a jig recess 122 for disposing a jig 200 forming a recess in the foundation ground is formed; a jig disposing step of disposing the jig 200 in the jig recess 122 in a state where a protruding portion 220 provided on the jig 200 protrudes from the temporary ground 120; and a rolling step of forming the foundation ground by rolling the temporary ground 120 excluding a portion where the jig 200 is disposed in a state where the jig 200 is disposed in the jig recess 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
