PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cement pile construction method capable of efficiently constructing a soil cement pile of the required depth, even in a low overhead clearance or restricted conditions where an upper space is limited.;SOLUTION: In a soil cement pile construction method, while adding extension rods to an excavating rod provided on an excavating-agitating head, core materials are built while being added on a soil cement pile which is created by rotationally press-fitting the excavating-agitating head into the ground. The extension rod is gripped from the side by a rotary drive device of a rotary press-fitting device provided with the rotary drive device for rotating a rod member gripped from the side while moving along a leader, via a rod attachment, and the excavating-agitating head is rotationally press-fit into the ground by the rotary press-fitting device.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
