To provide an epoxy group-containing polyorganosiloxane excellent in curability, surface properties of a coating, adhesiveness, and impact resistance, and a curable resin composition and a cured product.SOLUTION: An epoxy group-containing polyorganosiloxane has an M unit (RRRSiO), a D unit (RRO) and a Q unit (SiO), with the content of a T unit (RSiO) to the total silicon content of 80 mol% or less.
