The present invention provides an anti-human IL-17A monoclonal antibody, its production method and use. The anti-human IL-17A monoclonal antibody according to the present invention specifically binds to human IL-17A and effectively inhibits each cell line induced by IL-17A to secrete inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6.
