To provide a reflux exhaust gas introduction structure of an intake manifold which improves the distribution accuracy to cylinders, and can suppress the accumulation of deposits to a throttle valve at the blowback of intake air.SOLUTION: In a reflux exhaust gas introduction structure of an intake manifold, a surge tank 5 is arranged at a downstream side of a throttle valve 7, connected with intake branch pipes 3a, 3b and 3c of a plurality of cylinders, and distributes intake air introduced via the throttle valve 7 to the plurality of intake branch pipes. An exhaust gas introduction pipe 9 for discharging a reflux exhaust gas is protrusively inserted into the surge tank.
