To provide a support system for legalizing or maintaining intellectual property rights that can be procured costs necessary for registration of the intellectual property rights such as patent applications from supporters, while linking with the valuation of intellectual property that changes with the flow of time as appropriate.SOLUTION: A support fund collection method is configured to: hold information on holders of electronic tokens issued in association with intellectual property prior to right registration; display content of intellectual property before the right registration and a selling price or buying price of the electronic token; enter the selling price or buying price of the electronic token; rewrite seller's owner information of the electronic token in the holding means as buyer's owner information, if seller's selling price of the electronic token input by the input means matches buyer's buying price and trade conditions are met, and take in and out electronic monetary value in accordance with the trade conditions; and issue a predetermined number of electronic tokens at a predetermined initial value in association with the intellectual property before the right registration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
