PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid-responsive photorefractive polymer element having significantly improved responsiveness.SOLUTION: A photorefractive material composition comprises a photorefractive polymer, a sensitizer, a nonlinear optical dye, a plasticizer and an N type organic semiconductor, where the photorefractive polymer is poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2, 4, 6-trimethylphenyl) amine] (PTAA).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
