PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute efficient training to a user of a terminal device.SOLUTION: A fault training system of an embodiment comprises a server device and a terminal device. The server device comprises: a fault content setting part; and a distribution part. The fault content setting part sets a content of a pseudo fault with respect to the terminal device. The distribution part distributes an execution instruction of the fault to the terminal device. The terminal device comprises: a reception part; a duplication part; a training execution part; a processing execution determination part; and a return processing part. The reception part receives an execution instruction of a fault which is distributed. The duplication part duplicates existing environmental information and generates environmental information for training when receiving the execution instruction. The training execution part uses the duplicated environmental information for generating the pseudo fault based on the execution instruction of the fault. The processing execution determination part determines whether or not the processing to the fault has been executed by a user. The return processing part returns the environmental information for training to the existing environmental information when it is determined that the processing to the fault has been executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
