To improve the output accuracy of opinion information.SOLUTION: An information processing device for managing information on a municipality includes: an evaluation unit which analyzes opinion information and executes the evaluation of the degree of coincidence between a word included in the opinion information and a plurality of keywords set in a specific category; and an output unit which outputs the word included in the opinion information, the opinion information, or the plurality of keywords in a case where a result of the evaluation is equal to or more than reference, and outputs the word included in the opinion information or the opinion information in accordance with a state of uneven distribution of inhabitants in the municipality having the same attribute as the originator of the opinion information, a period between a date included in notification information for an event of the municipality and an originating date of the opinion information, or the degree of coincidence between management information managed by each of a plurality of sections in charge belonging to the municipality and position information included in the opinion information in a case where the result of the evaluation is less than the reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
