PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase intention evaluation system that analyzes a series of operations for a user to browse a product and accurately estimates intention of purchasing the product, and an advertisement publication method utilizing the purchase intention evaluation system.;SOLUTION: A purchase intention evaluation system 1 is provided, which includes a product introduction page 12, a product list page 11, and a replayable introduction video 13 in the product introduction page 12 and the product list page 11 and further includes: event monitoring means 14 that can navigate a user to the product introduction page 12 of the product during the introduction movie replay, can navigate the user to the product list page 11 and the product introduction page 12 of other products after the end of the introduction video replay, and monitors a series of operations for the user to browse the product as an element event; and purchase intention calculation means 15 that calculates a purchase intention value on the basis of the element event.
