The present invention discloses a breath measurement module that may include a housing, a turbine, and an electromagnetic transducer. The housing forms a receiving space that is connected to the inlet and the outlet for passing expiratory air flow from the inlet to the outlet. The turbine may include a plurality of magnetic vanes that can rotate under an exhaled air flow. An electromagnetic transducer located near the turbine can generate an electrical signal representative of the rotational motion of the magnetic blades. The electrical signal can be output by an electromagnetic transducer to evaluate the amount of exhalation.
