The present disclosure is directed to the use of the isolated integral membrane protein (IMP) or fragment thereof in a natural conformation for use in screening, selecting, and identifying antibodies or antibody-like molecules that bind to the target IMP of interest. Provided are compositions and methods for expression and presentation.
