PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit fee distribution system, a fee distribution device and a fee distribution method which can contribute to the proper operation of health service in health insurance society, when a user pays by a credit card.;SOLUTION: A credit fee distribution system 700 comprises: a payment information acquisition unit 311 which acquires commodity payment information about the payment of commodities, by the use of a credit card; a first calculation unit 313 which calculates a predetermined fee, from the acquired commodity payment information; a second calculation unit 315 which calculates a return fee which returns to health insurance society, from the calculated fee; and a return fee transmission unit 317 which transmits information about the calculated return fee to a management server of the health insurance society.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
