PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match riding applicants and also desiring transportation of baggage to self-driving vehicles to be allocated.;SOLUTION: A vehicle allocation booking system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a vehicle allocation booking server; a communication terminal of a riding applicant; and an allocatable self-driving vehicle. The communication terminal is configured to transmit riding location information and vehicle allocation desire information to the vehicle allocation booking server, and the vehicle allocation booking server is configured to: receive the riding location information and vehicle allocation desire information; select at least one vehicle allocation candidate on the basis of vehicle location information, vacant area information, the riding location information and the vehicle allocation desire information; and transmit information indicative of the at least selected one vehicle allocation candidate to the communication terminal.
