PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the calculation accuracy of the state quantity with respect to a power system model including a voltage adjusting device that adjusts an output voltage with respect to an input voltage by a discrete adjustment operation.;SOLUTION: A voltage adjustment device included in a power system model constitutes a tidal flow calculation device 1 that includes an adjustment operation control unit 121 that stops a discrete adjustment operation of the voltage adjustment device that adjusts an output voltage with respect to an input voltage by the discrete adjustment operation and a tidal flow calculation unit 122 that calculates the state quantity of each node in a state in which the discrete adjustment operation has been stopped by using a convergence calculation method including a forward calculation that sequentially calculates the state quantity of a node of a power system model from a top node on the upstream side and a backward calculation that modifies a state variable of the top node on the basis of an error of the state quantity of a bottom node on the downstream side.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
