To provide a classifier and a classification system for easily classifying powder such as fly ash.SOLUTION: A powder classifier comprises a raw powder discharge part 6 discharging raw powder together with gas and a suction part 4 oppositely arranged in the raw powder discharge part 6 at a position separated from the raw powder discharge part 6 and sucking the raw powder and a part of the gas. The raw powder discharge part 6 comprises a storage part 2 having a turning part 61 for turning the raw powder and the gas and surrounding the outer periphery while storing the raw powder discharge part 6 and the suction part 4 on the inside, and a discharging carrier pipe having an intake port for taking in the raw powder under the storage part 2 together with the gas and sending out the raw powder and the gas taken in up to the raw powder discharge part 6 from the intake port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
