To provide a catalyst structure for the production of an aromatic compound generated from an FCC byproduct decomposition oil which can achieve efficient production processing of an aromatic compound by suppressing deterioration of catalytic activity.SOLUTION: There is provided a catalyst structure for the production of an aromatic compound generated from an FCC byproduct decomposition oil which comprises a carrier with a porous structure composed of a zeolite-type compound and at least one solid acid inherent in the carrier, wherein the carrier has mutually communicating passages and the solid acid is at least present in the passages of the carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
