To provide a carbon dioxide reduction catalyst structure which can achieve long life by suppressing the deterioration of the catalytic activity of a metal complex and achieve resource saving without requiring complicated replacement work and a method for producing the same and to provide a carbon dioxide reduction device having the carbon dioxide reduction catalyst structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a carbon dioxide reduction catalyst structure which comprises a carrier with a porous structure composed of a zeolite-type compound and at least one metal oxide inherent in the carrier, wherein the carrier has mutually communicating passages, the passages have any one of a one-dimensional hole, a two-dimensional hole and a three-dimensional hole defined by a skeleton structure of the zeolite-type compound and a diameter enlarging part different from any one of the one-dimensional hole, the two-dimensional hole and the three-dimensional hole and the metal complex is at least present in the diameter enlarging part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
