The present invention discloses an integrated monitoring system and monitoring method for infiltration characteristics of water facilities in complex environments. The system includes a penetration property spatio-temporal monitoring device and a sensing optical fiber penetration exploration sensitizer. The penetration characteristic space-time monitoring device includes a longitudinal load-bearing fiber mounting column, an outer edge through tube, and a sensing optical fiber. A left bearing beam and a right bearing beam are provided on both sides of the longitudinal bearing fiber mounting column. The outer edge penetrating tube includes a longitudinal load-bearing fiber mounting column. A fiber collection box is provided above the second transition circular end. The sensing optical fiber in the fiber assembly box passes through the outer edge through pipe and is connected to the element mounting body including the temperature measuring device, and then goes around the second transient circular end and the first transient circular end in order. After passing through the elastic device, it is withdrawn from the third transition circular end. The integrated monitoring system for infiltration characteristics of irrigation facilities in the complex environment of the present invention is from the research and development of basic sensing optical fiber to the commercialization and technical proposal of secondary processing of ordinary sensing optical fiber.
