PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effort of an observer and enhance the security by changing a method of processing depending on the significance difference of an event detected by a security system.;SOLUTION: A private branch exchange system is provided that performs communication regarding security in emergency. The private branch exchange system comprises: a private branch exchange; a security information collection device connected to the private branch exchange and constituted of one or a combination of a sensor, a camera, and a microphone; and a security analysis information device connected to the private branch exchange, the security analysis information device analyzes the information collected by the security information collection device and transmits the analysis result to the private branch exchange, and the private branch exchange obtains a call destination from an emergency telephone number table according to the degree of urgency of the transmitted analysis result and makes a call for notifying the obtained call destination telephone number of the emergency.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
