There are provided a stirring unit, a stirring device, a stirring method, and a method of assembling a stirring unit which make it possible to efficiently and rapidly stir a fluid within a vessel. A stirring unit 1 stirs a fluid A contained in a vessel 6. Stirring unit 1 includes a mixing body 2 for stirring fluid A by rotating around a rotation axis S, magnets 5a and 5b or magnetic substances for receiving a rotating magnetic field for rotating mixing body 2. A suction port 20± and a discharge port 20² of fluid A are disposed on a surface of mixing body 2, and one or more holes 22 connecting suction port 20± and discharge port 20² are disposed within mixing body 2, suction port 20± is disposed at a position on rotation axis S or a position closer to rotation axis S than discharge port 20², and discharge port 20² is disposed at a position outside rotation axis S than suction port 20±.
