To provide antineoplastic combinations of an mTOR inhibitor, herceptin and/or HKI-272.SOLUTION: This invention provides the use of combinations (combined use) including herceptin, an mTOR inhibitor and/or HKI-272 in the treatment of neoplasms. Thus, the invention provides the combined use of herceptin with an mTOR inhibitor, the combined use of herceptin with HKI-272, the combined use of an mTOR inhibitor with HKI-272, or the combined use of herceptin with an mTOR inhibitor and HKI-272. The invention further provides products containing herceptin in combination with an mTOR inhibitor and/or HKI-272 formulated for simultaneous, separate or sequential use in treating neoplasms in a mammal.SELECTED DRAWING: None
