To provide a pictorial data creating device, a pictorial data creating method, and a pictorial data creating program, which can greatly improve the efficiency of pictorial data creating job by automatically creating the pictorial data that is the original data source when creating a pictorial data pattern.SOLUTION: In this embodiment, (1) the exhibition codes, the type codes, and the variety codes, including the brand and the domestic and overseas divisions, are referred to in the exhibition code and the variety code, the brand, and the cord code, which are attached to the exhibition code, the brand, and the domestic/overseas division, respectively; (2) the item code which is attached to the acquired variety code is acquired by referring to the item number master including the item number code and the variety code; and (3) a pictorial data including the display order of the acquired type code and the item number code, and the item number corresponding to the acquired number code is created.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
