To provide a suspension scaffold panel which can construct a temporary scaffold for performing repair and maintenance work over the whole periphery and the whole face of a cylindrical building, and its construction method.SOLUTION: In rectangular suspension scaffold panels which are horizontally constructed around a cylindrical building in a circumferential direction, and in its construction method, rod-shaped or tubular hanging metal fittings are arranged at either of connecting parts of the suspension scaffold panels, claw-shaped receiving metal fittings having come-off prevention metal fittings are arranged at both end parts of the connecting parts at right angles, and chain attachment suspension members are arranged at end parts of side parts forming the right angles with the connecting parts at the receiving metal fitting sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
