To provide a medical shadowless lamp which does not hinder surgery or the like, can secure sufficient illuminance of light to be radiated, and can adjust when surgery is performed or treatment is given.SOLUTION: A medical shadowless lamp is composed by arranging a plurality of radiation units 3 in a radiation body 1, arranging a plurality of LED units in the radiation unit 3, and simultaneously arranging an LED chip emitting light in three primary colors, red (R), green (G) and blue (B) and an LED chip emitting white (W) light in the LED units. A color LED chip integrating an LED emitting white (W) light, an LED emitting red (R) light, an LED emitting green (G) light and an LED emitting blue (B) light may be arranged. Moreover, in a central part radiation unit, a peripheral part radiation unit may be arranged freely inclined at a prescribed angle, and a radiation angle may be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
