PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forecast required time at high speed.;SOLUTION: A dialog system (100) includes a dialog device (1) and a response controller (2) for controlling the dialog device. The dialog device includes a first feature quantity extracting unit (22) for extracting one or more phonemes meeting a condition from a voice data as a feature quantity, and a time estimation unit (23) for estimating the time required for the response, by comparing the feature quantity with a plurality of sample feature quantities and identifying a group to which the voice data belongs on the basis of the properties of the identified group. The response controller includes a second feature quantity extraction unit (65) for extracting a feature quantity for each utterance text included in the corpus, and a learning data generation unit (66) for generating learning data in which the property of the group determined on the basis of the properties of each utterance text and the sample feature quantity of the group are associated with each other, for each group in which each utterance text in the corpus is grouped on the basis of each feature quantity.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
