To provide a delivery management system assisting a deliverer so as to securely complete such a delivery when a recipient of a package ordered has changed the method of receiving the package.SOLUTION: A delivery management system comprises: a terminal carried by a deliverer of a package ordered; a change information reception unit for receiving change information indicating the change of the receiving method designated at the time of ordering the package, from the terminal used by the recipient of the package; an acquisition unit for acquiring delivery information from a storage unit storing the delivery information of the package; a determination unit for determining whether or not the package is under delivery based on the received change information and the acquired delivery information; and a transmittance unit for, when the package is determined to be under delivery by the determination unit, transmitting information indicating that the method of receiving has been changed to the terminal carried by the deliverer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
