PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialogue support system, a dialogue support method, and a dialogue support program for performing dialogue after accurately grasping an intention of an utterance.SOLUTION: A dialogue support system 1000 provided with a processor and a memory comprises an intention understanding model storage unit 85 that stores a plurality of pieces of topic information, which are information indicating the subject of a dialogue, an intention understanding unit 80 for extracting a plurality of intents from words externally uttered by referring to the topic information, a dialog generation unit 62 for generating words corresponding to each of the intents as words constituting the dialogue, for each extracted intent, and a dialog output unit 64 for outputting the generated words.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
