To provide use of a compound for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for use in prevention or treatment of neurological disorders.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is the use of a FKBP52 derivative or a compound that modulates the pathogenic Tau protein activity with FKBP52, and is selected from the group consisting of peptides, peptidomimetics, small organic molecules, antibodies, aptamers or nucleic acids.
