PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can enhance the musical experience by improving the inappropriate interlocking with music.;SOLUTION: A stimulation information extraction unit 102 extracts first stimulation information from music/voice signals. A stimulation information generation unit 103 generates second stimulation information from the audible band of the music/voice signals. A synthesizing unit 104 outputs synthesized signals on the basis of the first stimulation information and the second stimulation information.
