To provide a control device of a multiple air conditioner, the multiple air conditioner, and a control method and a control program of the multiple air conditioner, capable of suppressing sudden increase of a compressor discharge temperature even when an ultra-high speed compressor rotated at a speed higher than a conventional one, is loaded, and fluctuation of a rotating speed of the compressor is large in switching an operation.SOLUTION: A control device 50 of a multiple air conditioner 1 includes an outdoor unit 2 including a compressor 10, and a plurality of indoor units 3 including electric expansion valves 31A-D. In a normal operation, the electric expansion valve has a stop-time prescribed opening in stopping the indoor unit, the opening of the electric expansion valve is changed to an opening of 1/10 or more in comparison with the stop-time prescribed opening, when an operation of the indoor unit 3 is switched within a prescribed period, and it is determined that a ratio before switching the operation to a compressor rotating speed command value after switching the operation, is over a prescribed multiple, and the opening of the electric expansion valve is kept at the stop-time prescribed opening when the actual rotating speed of the compressor 10 reaches the compressor rotating speed command value after switching the operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
