PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process plural product-sum arithmetics at high speed.SOLUTION: A parallel arithmetic device comprises: plural arithmetic processing means 107 for performing arithmetic in parallel, based on pieces of first data and pieces of second data; first supply means 105 for supplying the pieces of first data to the plural arithmetic processing means; second supply means 106 for supplying the pieces of second data to the plural arithmetic processing means; and supply control means 104 for controlling the first supply means so as to supply pieces of first data whose contents are different each other, at a same timing to the respective plural arithmetic processing means, and controlling the second supply means so as to supply the pieces of second data whose contents are same each other at a same timing to the respective plural arithmetic processing means. The supply control means executes a first supply mode in which, the pieces of first data whose contents are same each other, are shared among the plural arithmetic processing means at different timings and a second supply mode in which the pieces of first data whose contents are different each other are supplied to the plural arithmetic processing means at plural timings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
