To provide a power demand/supply controller, a power demand/supply control system, a power demand/supply control computer program, and a power demand/supply control method, capable of quickly performing economical power procurement on a predetermined purchase condition.SOLUTION: A power demand/supply controller 4 comprises: an AR calculation unit 44 for calculating area request power (an AR value) on the basis of a power system's frequency variation amount and an interconnection tidal flow power variation amount; an AR smoothing unit 45 for performing frequency resolution on the AR value calculated by the AR calculation unit; and an AR distribution unit for calculating a power generation target value for each of a plurality of power generation facilities 1a to 1n on the basis of the AR value on which the frequency resolution has been performed by the AR smoothing unit. The AR distribution unit includes a distribution priority table in which a price of unit electric energy of power generator to be a target of power purchase of the plurality of power generation facilities is stored. The AR distribution unit has a first mode for determining a power purchase order of priority of power generators to be a target of power purchase on the basis of prices per unit electric energy stored in the distribution priority table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
