To provide an electricity rate computation device which can calculate a rate to be charged on a user for electric energy consumed for purposes other than a run of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: An electricity rate computation device 2 which computes an electricity rate according to charge of a storage battery mounted in an electric vehicle 3 comprises: a run use electric energy specification unit which specifies electric energy used for a run of electric energy discharged from the storage battery; and a user rate charging electric energy specification unit which specifies, as a subject of charging the rate on a user of the electric vehicle 3, electric energy obtained by subtracting the electric energy used for the run from the electric energy discharged from the storage battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
