PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide blood flow-independent peripheral body temperature restorative agents that rapidly restore the body temperature of a peripheral site without depending on an amelioration of blood flow.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a blood flow-independent peripheral body temperature restorative agent containing sake lees produced by liquefaction brewing, wherein the sake lees are obtained by a reaction with amylase and cellulase that are carbohydrate degrading enzymes, and furthermore, obtained by a reaction with neutral proteases derived from Bacillus and acid proteases derived from Aspergillus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
