To provide a disease onset prediction device, a disease onset prediction method and a program capable of accurately predicting an onset of a specific disease in advance.SOLUTION: An alert system 1 is provided with a sample extraction part 13 and a prediction model construction part 14. The sample extraction part 13 extracts, when onset information shows that a disease is developed, biological data to be a positive sample from biological data from before a reference period of an onset point of time when the disease is developed to the onset point of time among the biological data for constructing a prediction model, and extracts biological data to be a negative sample from biological data before the reference period at the onset point of time. The prediction model construction part 14 constructs the prediction model by using the positive sample as training data for developing the disease in the reference period, and using the negative sample as training data for developing no disease in the reference period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
