PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for predicting an onset risk of Alzheimer's disease.;SOLUTION: This method for predicting the onset risk of Alzheimer's disease in the future of an individual and convalescence after onset of Alzheimer's disease, includes a process for determining human lipocalin type prostaglandin D synthetase (β-trace) losing chaperone activity of amyloid β peptide existing in biological fluid collected from a human, or a process for measuring the chaperone activity of amyloid β peptide in the biological fluid collected from a human.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
