PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explanatory expression output device capable of presenting an explanatory expression of a thing depending on an attribute and TPO of a person requesting an explanatory of the thing.SOLUTION: The explanatory expression output device includes: a storage part that stores an explanatory expression relevant to a thing for each of name of a thing, a user attribute, and a user TPO; an input part that receives an input of name of a thing, a user attribute, and a user TPO; a first extraction part that extracts an explanatory expression corresponding to the name, the user attribute and the user TPO received by the input part from the storage part; and an output part that outputs the extracted explanatory expression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
