PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correlation assist program that improves the accuracy of correlating items recorded in a CRF to items of CDISC.SOLUTION: The correlation assist program makes a computer execute: an extraction process S102 for extracting a first item inputted to an input column from a first screen having the input column for the first item recorded in a case report form; specification processes S104, S106, S108 for referring to a storage unit that stores a plurality of definition data that correlates the first item and a second item that specifies a CDISC, and specifying a second item correlated to the extracted first item; and a display control process S111 for correlating the specified second item and an evaluation calculated on the basis of reliability of the second item corresponding to a reference destination of the first item, and having it displayed on a second screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
