PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a website of an official online shopping mall easily discernible, thereby improving security.SOLUTION: Reception means (101) of the account information registration device (10) is an account exclusive for bank transfer reception opened by an operator of an online shopping mall in a branch dedicated for the online shopping mall, and receives account opening data for opening an account exclusive for bank transfer reception for stores that pass an examination for new store opening in the online shopping mall, from a store management device (20) of the operator.
