To provide a communication environment simulation test device capable of confirming a transfer state of transfer related information in simple configuration, and a communication environment simulation test method.SOLUTION: A communication environment simulation test device 10 comprises: a simulation communication path A12 for simulating a communication environment in a road-to-vehicle communication area where a road-to-vehicle communication with a road-side unit 11 is performed; a simulation communication path B13 for simulating a communication environment in a vehicle-to-vehicle communication area where a vehicle-to-vehicle communication with an on-vehicle unit A1 is performed for transferring transfer related information that is inputted from the road-side unit 11 through the simulation communication path A12; a directional coupler A16 for cutting off a signal between the simulation communication path A12 and the simulation communication path B13; and a signal analysis device 20 for confirming a transfer state of the transfer related information to be transferred to an on-vehicle unit B2 that is connected to the simulation communication path B13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
